Weight Watchers!

Monday I start a Weight Watchers diet! I plan on trying to mix in low-carb. I have everything I need and the tools to be successful! It will be a good journey! I should post every week about how much weight I have lost! I don't know officially all the weight numbers, so as soon as I find out I will post it up. 5% is my first weight loss goal, so whatever the number is 5% of that will be what I want to do in a month. I plan on taking this with me to Houston and continue the healthy life style there.
