I am now starting my total workout plan! For those who really know me I have been talking about losing weight for like 2 or 3 years and never really did anything. Well, NO MORE CRAP, I am tired of lying to my peeps and myself. I am tired of being BIG and it starts now! I am sorry to keep you and myself waiting! I have finally got enough motivation to lose the weight and be a normal healthy kid!(or maybe just a total hoss) . I will be posting about every week maybe twice a week. This going to be hard so I really could use as many followers, comments, advice, or random things, for support.
I have 3 main goals:
1. Lose 150 lb (OMG)
2. Bench 300 lb+
3. Be able to run 1 mile
